Pete Moulton Pete became a Real Estate Agent in Maryland in 2006. His interest in Real Estate stems from the late 1960's when he became a Real Estate Broker in New Hampshire. Pete bought and sold his homes in Pennsylvania and Maryland without Real Estate help over the years. This maintained his interest in Real Estate and led to his becoming an agent in 2006. Initially he worked at Keller Williams in Ellicott City and then moved to Zip Realty in 2007. Zip was a great place to get a wide variety of experience. In 2010 Pete left Zip and joined Mount Vernon Realty a successful foreclosure and short sale brokerage in Maryland. Pete has sold several foreclosure and short sale homes before and after joining Mount Vernon Realty. Pete is now working on his brokers license hoping to complete the process in the Spring of 2012. Pete Moulton originally founded The Moulton Company, an independent computer training and consulting firm that specialized in PC, LAN, and Telecommunications training. Prentice-Hall has published his books and videos on PC A+ Certification, Telecommunications, and SOHO networking. His most recent book Pete The Nerds Do It Yourself Virus Removal [Kindle Edition] is available as a $20 PDF file download. Mr. Moulton hosted the Dial-A-Nerd Radio program -- Talk Radio for a Technically Challenged Planet -- on WJFK 1300 AM and on WCBM 680 AM in Baltimore and the Technically Correct TV program on WMAR Channel 2. He has also appeared on other TV shows in Baltimore. Mr. Moulton holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and a master's of science degree in Industrial Management from Clarkson University. He is a member of IEEE. As a Nerd there are things that one does but later seem to be totally insane. One such Pete the Nerd tale is found here. At the start it seemed like a perfectly good idea and all worked out OK. However, this is not a recommended nerd activity. |
